Some women just aren't submissive or at least not very submissive....just like some men aren't very masculine.

A lot of our black women have strong personalities and that stems from our community, women having to raise kids with no father, having an alpha male father or just having other women in her family who are aggressive and masculine.

Some women won't have u bossin her azz around telling her to cook and clean...especially if she has a job and helping u with the bills. My mom is overbearing and controlling. She coordinates every repair around the home. It's sad my dad allowed this but he just so nonchalant and IDGAF about everything.

Fact-It's easier to be neutered then it is to grow some balls....so in the case of men who ain't masculine and find it hard to be,they've been neutered in some form or fashion...and once that happens it's hard to reverse....and women will be able to sniff it a mile away which is why this thread sounds good but won't work,cuz alotta men ain't built like that no more.

For whatever scientific reason,it's easier to destroy masculinity....which is all the more reason you need to keep yours at all cost,and instill it in your son's from day one against all odds...and it's gon get even harder living in a society dominated by submissive white men who submitted easily and let they women,and gay white men control all narratives

Sad to say it looks like we as black men are headed down that same road in our community,I know u see it

As a feminist, I don't think there is anything inherently wrong with a woman choosing to submit her male partner - without cohersion.

I think sometimes it's a rather healthy relationship dynamic.

Choosing submission is only problematic if the person one submits to is incompetent, abusive, or inadequate.

Some women collude in their own failure when they choose to submit to men that lack the intelligence, temperament or resources to be effective leaders.

If that man is on point, and submitting to him improves your life (emotionally, physically, etc), by all means.

There's a diff between being submissive and submitting.
