EDIT: people that grew up with strict parents are usually late bloomers too. I seen this with a lot of first generation kids.
That is my cousin. He is 24 his lil bro is 19 and his father is a very strict haitian dad. Thing is he wasnt allowed to date in high school and early college. Then when he was allowed to date he would have to tell his pops two weeks in advanced so he could give him money since he didnt allowed him to work.
Now his father is out of work and had glaucoma and money is tight and he cant date.

Honestly, Haitian parents sound legit to me. As much as his pops sounds strict on some jail master shyt doesn't look like he is doing it out of malice. Sorry, load of crap. I know too many guys who "came of age" in college and even if they didn't quite lose it by 21, they gained confidence and learned about girls so that their 20s were fun. Typically these dudes focused on school too so they were making good money coming out of school which usually translates to better quality p*ssy within your reach.
