Would you want to get Called up?

In Nxt you get so much more creative freedom in what you can say in promos, more Character options, What you can do in the ring. The downside is much less money made but a lighter schedule.

On the Main Roster you get pre-written scripts that come off awkward to borderline racist. (i.e Becky Lynch forced to reference Nene Leakes). You're given a character and you roll with it, until they change it. Less options if you're a girl. You get heavily watered down movesets of what you can do. The only positive seems to be more money but heavier schedule.

About the NeNe Leakes line, that was the most obscure reference I ever heard in a promo. And the corny Donald Trump joke.

The whole segment was just awful. Out of all the women in the ring, Paige was the person with the best mic skills which is pretty pathetic.

No way man. I have a crowd of people that can make or break me because of my own wrestling background instead of writers that wouldn't know the difference between a suplex and a power slam. And I'm allowed to use any moveset I want, basically say what I want and love everything about it. If I were a 20 something in NXT I'd wait at least a couple years before I would think of moving up.

Paige isn't better than Becky on the mic but I'm not sure Becky is used to this type of scripted nature. When she speaks her way, it works out just fine and gets heat. Nikki Bella and Alicia are terrible on the mic and Paige has no good material so she's not standing out either. Naomi has sounded the best on the mic on Raw for a minute.

Chef Rollins, Ambrose, Reigns, Sami Zayn, Enzo & Cass, Bayley, all the ones who haven't had a high level of exposure/stardom definitely wanna get called up. Meanwhile dudes like Samoa Joe or Finn Balor or Hideo Itami who are already chiseled vets/stars overseas probably don't yearn for the big stage and lights as much as the others

Im not used to seeing her as face..everyone is forced on a script. Ambrose sounds pretty silly every time he's on the mic but he's legit if he can go off the tilt a little. Becky is a heat magnet...she knows what she's doing.
