31 ...been boxing over 20 years.....run 5-6km a day....
dont smoke do drugs or eat fast food.... i feel and look fukking great...
i dont mess with supplements or vitamins, I prefer to eat fresh fruit bought in the market....
i do very light weights, but thats more because heavy weights arent beneficial if you box
I'm the same way. I don't smoke or drink. Don't take vitamins or other pills. Might drink a vanilla nutrament here and there though. But really, I only drink water and milk. If I feel my body's sugar level is low, I eat fruit, preferably watermelon.
I only eat fast food once in a while, and when I do I eat something really light. Like if I go to Burger King, I'll just order a juinior whopper and thats it. No fries, no drink, no nuggets, nothing else.
As far as exercise go, I just go to the park and get on my Bartendaz shyt.
I run 20-35 miles a week and I'm 6ft1, 185lbs as of this morning. I used to run track and cross-country in h.s & college and I was 24lbs lighter until my daddy's genes kicked in four years ago . I gained nearly 20lbs in one summer alone of muscle and I was running the same. I'll be running my fourth half marathon coming up and I've already ran two full marathons. I do a lot of trail running (which helps a lot) , pushups and light weightlifting 4-6 times a week. I need to cut my alcohol intake but I eat pretty healthy and I've had my abs since 1997.
