Depends if you care about the exclusives. I got a PS4 at launch. Bought an Xbone a year later for Halo 5, Tomb Raider, Forza Horizons 2 (best arcade/sim racer since Gotham). I literally haven't used me Xbox One in 6 months, but I dont care, bought it for exclusives.

So if you're cool with one of your consoles being a standby, go ahead.

Larry just don't have the exclusive history or variety for me to have 2 systems

Multis are better on the Quad and it seems like every publisher is siding with Sony. So owning a X1 makes no sense for me

Only exclusive Xbox has that I'd be interested in is Tomb Raider, and that wouldn't warrant the purchase of the console alone - primarily considering it's coming to the PS4, regardless.
Only "exclusive" Microsoft had last Gen that interested me was the first Mass Effect, and even that came to the PS3 and was just timed.
As a Sony fan, unless you're a huge fan of one of their legit exclusive titles like Halo or Gears, it's not worth it.

If you plan on getting a system for a game later on.... then now might be the best time, once the holiday season system sales start to rise your going to see less and less deals

Xbox has a handful of exclusives I want to play but I can't justify a purchase yet imo. I'm straight right now with PS4,Wii U,and 3DS.
