my homies are into K Rino big time, put me up on him years ago. my fav album is Book Number 7 but i can't listen to him too much. i haven't checked much since the Triple Darkness joints but i remember his beat selection was getting better. went to see him live back in 06 i think, i was drunk as fukk that night & don't remember much lmfao

Peace, yeah Book Number 7 is very dope. Beats wise he has had a albums where the production could have been better, 100 percent but he also has some very very good production too. My recommendation would be to skim some of the albums I've posted here and see how your feeling about them if you get time. You should be able to tell from skimming a few tracks which albums you'll like production wise and what you won't. I think once you actually delve into his music you will fell him a lot more and appreciate him, he isn't an artist to just check a little cause he's so diverse and also like you mentioned he has had some subpar beats, so that could be off putting but nowadays his albums are solid production wise, he's been that way for a long while now but in the past some of the beats weren't poppin.
