I don’t want a woman who wants to follow my lead...no thanks! Now I may have the final say in the things I’m good at but I want her to step up and take an active role in the things she is good at and she’ll have the final say in that. I don’t even boss my son around like that...I give him strict guidelines and expectations but let him navigate both as he sees fit. At the end of the day there isn’t a perfect relationship dynamic for everyone. I don’t care how fine you are or how much money you make...I want you to be my partner and have a say in the road we choose.

I don’t think a man expecting me to ‘follow his leadership’ , is for me. We’re either equal partners or he can go elsewhere.
