There was a point in time where you couldn't even turn on the radio without hearing somebody rapping over one of his beats. And not just rappers. He was lacing rnb singers with dope tracks too. His musical ear was genius level.

He fathered an entire generation of rappers with 808s and heartbreaks. That album was unlike anything we had ever heard.
