Maybe things have changed recently.
I'm 31 and growing up white boys in my generation (born in the mid-late 80s/early 90s) still liked them rail thin white girls with fake big t*ts. They were always calling thick girls like Iskra fat.
I think you're overstating things a bit. Maybe the kids coming up now have changed tastes. But growing up when I did most white boys my age were not be fiending for girls built like Iskra. They liked the Taylor Swift types and would call Iskra fat.
Oh white boys still like skinny...but they will accept white-girl thicc if it's all from the gym. Like a skinny broad that changes her diet and does Crossfit. She gets a little booty boost from squats, keeps the flat stomach and has those same b-cup titties she's had since middle school.

I think as men we evolved to find the women we're around attractive. So for thousands of years as black men we were around thick black women with wide hips and phat asses so we grew to find that attractive. Most white women don't have phat asses so white boys evolved to find them flat butts attractive. I don't think its anything to do with standards. Its just a by product of the different environments we grew up in.
With the rise of Hip Hop culture there has been some crossing over in terms of taste. But overall its hard to change what we're hard-wired to like. For example, no amount of cultural assimilation is gonna make me like a skinny flat butt bytch over a thick big booty cutie. I like what I like and don't see it changing.
