No. That hasn't been the case since 2013. UMG split the two during a restructuring that year. I believe it had something to do with acquiring some of EMI.

Island has rappers. Drake is on Island (for the U.K. Market). I think Nicki and Post Malone are distributed in the U.K. on island as well.
