I get what both she and Scarface is saying, but the main points are how much and how easily the public can be swayed, how white artists can get easier promo due to perceived wider demographic due to their race and the significance of hip hop to black culture even though it has become more of a part of general pop culture. The difference is in how much those factors actually have on things which I would think is difficult to quantify.

They're both right. Iggy's assessment is just more based in reality while Scarface's is based in resentment and an unwillingness to adapt. You never know, it might be an unwillingness or an inability, behind the scenes he might have 10 tracks with him tryna be but just sounding
