Same with me I've gotten pain for 10 years now it's only for a couple of days and then stops. My brother had the same issue and had to have immediate surgery because it got infected twice he tells me  by not dealing with that shyt before it's to late but I've just been shrugging it off.

Exactly right. Everything is all good until its not all good, when that day comes you'll be on the floor wishing to God to make it stop wondering why you waited.

Tooth pain definitely some of the worst pains ever.

How do I know my shyts are impacted though? They bother me like once a year. Might get a headache but oter than that I'm good. I would leave them where they are but I don't want them turning my perfect teeth crooked :sadcam:

You got to the dentist, they take an x-ray.

I haven't gotten mine out either, but they've never given me any pain or discomfort. My dentist has told me to make an appointment with my dental surgeon but it's not a daily issue so I've shrugged it off so far.

I had mine removed an month ago not really as painful as I thought it would be. Two of mine were impacted sitting sideways. As long as you've got pain medicine afterwards you'll be fine. I got anesthesia during the procedure but woke up towards the tail end of it. Apparently they didn't give me enough to knock me out the entire time.

I had all four impacted and removed at once. Pain, but got some good meds and slept it off for a few days. I still remember watching blood spatter in the reflection of their shields. The lower jaw shots are what get me. For whatever reason, that specific nerve hurts like hell. The jerking and pulling after they cut the gums was weird as well. I would say if you get the option of the gas or being put to sleep, take it. I used to date a dentist and some of the sounds and smells still haunt me. I get the gas when I can, though I hate the soreness from the block. Better than being awake though.
