This game will be made or broken by how good the story is. The gameplay looks like your typical cover 3rd person shooter. So the actually story will have to be dope for the game to get purchased by me.

Obvious if you pay attention. Every time they do their little roundtable videos it comes off like local play by play announcers doing a halftime show during a game in which they're down big. "Hey you gotta give it to Sony, they came out swinging and have jumped out to a big lead. Tim, how does Microsoft turn this thing around?" All the while their faces look concerned like you would be with your team getting blown out.

Their E3 review videos were really blatant. The head nerd would ask everyone to name something interesting they saw. A couple guys mentioned Sony games and the head nerd kind of laughed nervously while looking offstage at producers, then responded "Yeah but lets focus on Xbox here guys, cmon what'd you see?"

It's not just IGN saying this, attendees at Gamescom played it were all said the same things. The graphics and presentation are amazing but the gameplay is lacking.

The fan boys on this site are really something else. So we're going to throw IGN under the bus because they thought the demo of a game you're looking forward to was underwhelming? And we're just going to look past the fact that many that went to Gamescom having the same impressions? Yeah ok.

IGN has different journalist who follow each of the Big 3 respectively and those journalists have no problem telling you that they prefer to play games on the hardware of the company the cover for a living. And where were these accusations when IGN was slurping TLOU for the last 2 years? Or when they were praising the PS4 because Sony didn't shoot themselves in the foot like Nintendo and MS did early on.

Either post links(like the guy that claimed the demo was stale did) to back up these claims or gtfo with this nonsense.

Y'all are really delirious. Literally EVERY Xbox game gets this kinda hate from a lot of people on this site. Playstation games don't get nearly the hate on here. I was one of the main people posting pictures and info about this game when it was first revealed. When they were talking about the advanced soft body physics and destruction, and adventure.

Since then, they've showed a generic movie game with none of the orginal inspirations they talked about. The gameplay doesn't look that good and ign aren't the first or only people to say that.
