granted halo 3 had a much better multiplayer.. i rented crackdown for the beta and was like 3 weeks late returning it..racked up mad late fees halo 3 online was that crack

That franchise is stale as hell IMO.

So as far as the top 5 is concerned...I can't say I am too surprised, but I probably would have swapped Portal 2 for Mass Effect 2.

it's stale for YOU....just like I think the COD franchise is stale and the games are ranked very high on the list...

Halo 3 should have been in the top 15 or top 10...the game was that big for a 4 year stretch...how many games on the list had a run like that? I doubt any COD game could stand on it's legs for that long...

COD is BEYOND stale...that shyt has mold with fuzz and flies all over it.

I don't agree with you about Halo though...that franchise is just not that fun anymore. Once a franchise has 3+ iterations it needs a change...Halo still feels like "Halo". Cool for the people who absolutely love and are into the story line, but for others...

Hell IMO Halo Wars > Any Halo Game after Halo 2

Bad Company 2 was the best battlefield this gen...its criminal that its @ #69...it was the best online multiplayer this gen.

Top 20, it was crack. Visuals and boss fights were great.

Galaxy 2 was better than Galaxy to me, I haven't played either in years but it seemed like Galaxy 2 had more variety.
