Get work as maybe a little bit an IT contractor if you have record. They rarely do as thorough checks when contractor and you could also make maybe some little bit more money so yeah get certs

1.I’d ask around , it’s not entirely impossible to get a backdated prescription. Especially if they only found 38.

2.youd be surprised how many places don’t do a full background check . It fukking sucks getting hired somewhere then failing the background . Id say I’ve passed half the background checks I’ve gone through tho including state/federal.

3.each place is different but it’s pretty easy on a lot of places to get non violent felonies expunged .

Drug possession felony isn’t bad. They stop checking for that after 7yrs.

Just be honest.

I’d also look into starting your own biz ASAP.

Also most union jobs do a minimal background check.
