Funny thing is I was mad reckless from like 17 to 23 and did alot of damage to body with drugs, alcohol, garbage food and just being depressed all time
Then around 24 started taking sh1t more seriously, eating better, using herbal supplements, meditating. Doing whatever I can to nourish my body and mind. I still drink, chief and eat fast food occasionally but it's on the low side of moderation (except weed... I probably do that more than I should)
Now I'm 28 and people consistently tell me how young and/or healthy I look
Point being not only will I "make it" past 30, I know I'll be feeling young and more energetic than ever going into my 40s (knock on wood)
