Just because Dre is West doesn't mean everyone he work with has to be West. The sound is still West and he was still putting on for LA on those albums. For all we know Dre probably just really respected Hov and wanted to spit some of his rhymes. As far as Scorch goes.....u know Dre is a producer for real and as a producer he gotta do whats best. Dre is probably the best producer/rapper that doesn't write his own rhymes as far as taking what's on the page and making it his own. He can flow well and his voice is dope.
