This is not an extreme enough height difference. It's not enough to require that the shorter guy be a world class fighter just to overcome it. Average guys with this height difference fight all the goddamn time.
Nas is 5'9, Jay-Z is 6'2. That is NOTHING. Of course Jay-Z has an advantage, but it's not enough that he could beat Nas effortlessly.
When it comes to Boxing, that's fukking nothing. You got dudes fighting guys 9" taller than them. 5" differences are seen all the time. 5'6 against 5'11, 6'0 against 6'5, etc.
