The issue is we don't parent. We outsource the cultivation of our children. Schools should be for learning skills but we use it to parent, other groups don't. So we as parents think ok I'm in the burbs and my.kids are in private school so shyt I did my job but no. Some of us could at least say we group up in the church which gave us some sense of self but nowadays folks either don't go to church or the church is some pandering shyt.

YepUnfortunately there are a lot of women with jobs who are on the same wave.
I work in a building that holds 10 different companies.
You'd be stocked at the number of women who have a problem with having a females boss. They'll talk shyt about me (usually a rachet or fat girl) and run over to the next company and end up fukking the boss to literally get less than I was giving them.
It blows me because I think "Damn, I never once required you to suck a dikk or bust it open for you to make money. All I asked you to do was come on time/wear your seatbelt/not wear crocs to work/etc."
I once fired a girl b/c her goofy ass wanted to fight me. She ended up going to the next company over and was sucking her coworkers dikk for Uber rides to the metro. I provided free rides back and forth the metro.
