1)If you're in NYC and unemployed you're able to take EVERY city test for free and it works. I took bus operator for MTA, court officer, NYPD, corrections, 911 operator, and CUNY stock worker.

2) join the Army


3) if you're in NYC there is this place called Redhook on the road that teaches how to drive a CDL truck to get your A or B License all for free.
