I'm 5'11 160 lbs and i wanna put on 10-15 lbs of muscle

I'm a slim dude with very little muscle definition but I'm not sloppy and I've never been in the gym a day in my life and I'm about to be 29 :to:
Give a pretty boy some tips on how to put on 10-15lbs of muscle

just workout breh...the first year of weight lifting is always :eat:

1. research online for a solid routine that works for u
2. get enough calories and protein
3. make gains

thats where i started from. you gotta eat and lift heavy. There are a million different routines and diets out there you gotta google that shyt. really the most important thing is eating more.

So should I at least double my calorie intake?

Yo, use this calculator to see what you need for maintenance, eat more then that to gain weight. You should start with like 500 calories over and work out hard. You will gain weight, you just don't want to eat too much more then your maintenance cause you'll gain too much fat.
