4k usd is :whoo: of money in Brazil.

I mean, usually the usd values the double of r$.

So, a person who makes 8k r$ here can live very well.

I make 1200 r$ a month, would be about 600 usd :mjlol:

figures.

:patrice::patrice: so lemme try get this conversion going.

How much would a nice dinner cost in r$?

As well as renting a pretty nice condo in a nice part of town ?

or even car payments for a nice car?

Cars in Brazil are ridiculously expensive, and they don't look that good for what you pay mostly :russ:

How do Brazilians view Portugal? Do they look at it as the motherland?

What’s Brazil’s relationship with Guyana like?

How do Afro-Brazilians view blacks from the other countries in South America (Afro-Guyanese, Afro-Colombians etc)? Do Afro-Brazilians view them as the same race as them? Do they care about their struggle? Is there any unity?

How do Brazilians generally view their African ancestry? Do they look down on it? Do they acknowledge it?

what? I don't see this very often... But I've heard about some cases.

If it really was like this... I would be picking dimes in a daily basis. :pachaha:
could be a thing only in the northeast and southeast. but i've not only witnessed it, a lot of my female brazilian friends have admitted it :manny:

they often go for uglier dudes and americans because they seem them as more loyal

also americans: dangerous city does not = cheap rent like here in the US. too many kickbacks and favors paid for something to be that easy

What's up with "do funk"? Is it looked down upon by the samba/bossa nova crowd? Is it really popular, or is it like gangsta rap where it's only popular with a certain section of the population?

A lot of chicks have smartened up, it's much harder to be a player these days than say in the 2000s. Bishes see you from the jump and be like :camby: he just wants to f*ck and bounce, he too pretty to be faithful, I be like, but I'm one of the good ones:to: ( :scheme: )

Ce faci miu amici? I love Romania, was in Costantza and Bucuresti for about 3 months. You Romanian? But let's not derail this thread breh :blessed: @4fossa, you never answered my question breh, what's up with do funk? Is it highly regarded, or is it looked down upon? Is it mostly the urban/favela type crowd that rocks with it, or does everybody?

Funk carioca is the famous popular music right now, along with sertanejo universitario (wich would mean "college country music", literally).

While funk usually aims at the more poor slice of the population, and sertanejo the more upper classes. Usually the partys over here play both genres. Usually the funk plays in the end. Cause it's more dirty and girls start to dance in some :shaq: positions.

People in general (actually, youngsters) are rocking those two that I said above.

I don't like both. The two styles are generic and got shytty composition. This is due to the fact that I grew up with classic hip hop. And nowadays I still prefer oldschool music in general. Even nowadays rap I usually find wack.

But theres the fact that In parties I listen to these styles (funk and sertanejo) without giving a fkk.
I just focus on doing mad shyt and hollering at girls. :pachaha:

I never saw a romanian here.

But if I'm not mistaken, I've heard about some, like, more in the south or something like that. But it's VERY rare.
