I've been a bouncer at different clubs for a while. I do it cuz I'm bored and it's an easy way to pick up drunk bytches. I've bounced at strip clubs, clubs and even escort security. The security team I work with is diverse,me and head of security are black, two are white,three are Latino. It's a cac bar, most brehs and brehettes that come in are with that . Last night, some hood boogers came in, they tried to ID swap on me. So I call em out on it and they circle me. I start looking at them and the bar manager let them in to keep the peace. then they start accusing me of being a sell out and a racist
. Bartenders at the end of the night told me they asked for some natural ice . I felt embarrassed of my own people, am I wrong?

I have had to deal with the same shyt at one of my businesses I own. I was dropping of a ton of product in the back and this female walks in sees me and has no idea I am the owner but demands a discount simply off GP because I am black.

Told her I can't do that. When I am in the back office she is talking mad shyt to my employee all trying to be quiet how "black men are sellouts when working for a white man".

LITERALLY. I let her just move on as there is nothing you can say and just KIM.

I bounce too. High end clubs and bars in NJ and New York. Did security for events like for the NJ Devils and area teams. Security team member for 21 Savage was my last gig last December. I know what you mean bruh cuz I been told by management to not let nikkas in the clubs or hood ass bytches in the clubs. I used to work with a diverse team where I would be the one called from the back to deal with nikkas at the front door mostly because the latinos or white boys I work with shook. Anybody can get it with me but I dealt with all kinda shyt like fights to nikkas over dosing in the bathroom or entitled celebs. Cac bars are my favorite because I have an extra chip on my shoulder. I worked the McGregor vs Mayweather fight at a Irish bar...I had a field day. Santacon, St. Patty's and Halloween cacs act a fool so I know what you talking about

I managed clubs for years. It's going to happen a lot more if you keep bouncing. Hoodboogers and ignorant dudes will always come to a fine establishment,do some dumb shyt,get called out for it then claim that you're a sellout for doing your job. It's going to happen but don't listen to that bullshyt.

The other day some Hoodboogers ordered some Henny, then complained about the price so my bartender took the drinks back and told them to go to another bar so one of them decided to throw a glass with ice at the bartender. After security yoked them up, they were outside saying that they wanted to talk to the manager because the club was racist. I came outside and told them you assaulted my staff,be happy that we just threw you out and didn't get you arrested so you should just leave. They stood outside calling me a sellout who hates black people because I defended my staff for another 10 minutes until the cops told them to keep it moving. It comes with the job man.
