for sure but for what claim? personal injury? constitutional claims? if it's successful does the facility get their shyt together? or do the inmates that sue get retaliated on?

also, have you ever worked in one of those warehouse type facilities with the open cubicles? if so do you think its more dangerous than cells?

Various reasons, religious practices, unfair treatment, medical, inmate rights etc
The facility gets audited so yes you gotta clean that up
Not supposed to have retaliation but I'd be lying if I said it didn't happen

If you out your hands on an inmate, you get fired, sued, etc
They put their hands on you and it's just a yep to seg
There's many more examples but you sound like someone that's been locked up or have no idea what's it's like to be working at a prison, jail

I was fighting 2 specific COs for almost 2yrs straight at one place. Fake ass turn keys ain't getting fired for putting hands on inmates nikka. Every shakedown I got jumped on by ERT squad and cuffed so they could beat me without fear of the dog shyt beat out they ass like the first two COs that tried it.

"How I figure?"....if you don't get that dumb shyt outta here. That's like saying cops get fired for beating nikkas up. Stop that bullshyt. For everyone one inmate that was able to get a case seen, let alone win, there's 1000s of them getting cuffed and beat.

Bruh there's a back story you're not telling, you gone just say they picked you outta say 1000 or more inmates to make life miserable for no reason
And I dunno what facility you were at but TDOC ain't going, you get walked out in cuffs for that. I hate that it happened to you but you leaving out some parts
