one of my earliest memories is my mama giving me a spanking for crying and wiling out at the booster shot/immunization thing they was doing for kids entering elementary school

i seen the old white lady come out the back of the trailer with a big ass needle talmbout "take a deep breath" and looked around like and started buckin

i don't even know where my fear of heights came from but just the mental image of being up high somewhere and looking down and seeing all that distance up under me is nauseating

that and i'm a hardheaded fukk; after i signed up for it i immediately regretted it, but i was too proud and stubborn to back out of it

i still ended up failing the class because i never even attempted to do any homework
