Now if u working on something especially if it's pressing then just tell them that. Or tell them u have a "hot job" to get out or something like that. I did work a job like 8 years ago where a cube of dudes talked about football and sports for like 2 hours almost every day and the dept manager had issues with that. That's too long to be talking about non work related topics.

It's not even that. There's just no time. I have the largest workload on my team. And going back to office with distractions will make my workload take even longer.

My face will clearly be annoyed with any unnecessary reactions
