Long story short, I use to think there was something wrong with my ISP because I was getting extremely low speeds in my apartment. Turns out I just needed to switch my dual band router from 2.5Ghz to 5Ghz, because there are too many people in my apartment complex running 2.5Ghz . Now that I switched, all my devices that allow 5GHz access internet data much much faster.

Well it turns out PS4 does not have a 5GHz option (at least I don't think so), but the Xbox One does......I really wanna stick with Sony, cause I been rocking with them since the PS1, am I right to assume that if I did in fact buy the PS4 in the future, it would run extremely slow when it comes to downloading stuff from PSN or even connecting to multiplayer

Wait what... PS4 doesn't have a 5GigaHz connection
How big is your apartment why not just run an ethernet cord like you're from a previous century

It's a 2 bedroom, but it's not that big........Running a ethernet cord is a extreme inconvenience because I keep my gaming devices in the living room. While my router is in the spare bedroom.

See below. I use this one myself in my family room where I have my ps4 since my router/cable modem is setup upstairs.
