I'm actually taller than I thought

ive been saying I'm 6'2 since I was a teenager. I just measured myself and I'm over 6'2 barefoot and 6'3 with shoes on. Everyboduygives their height with shoes even the NBA. I have robbed myself of an inch for all these years but no longer. alhamdulillah. Tall gang never lost. plus I'm 220 pounds in excellent shape.

I'm 6'0 wearing shoes. When I was 15/16 I was 5'10 and thought I stopped growing after that and then I measured myself in June

Always important to get measured at the ages of 20 and then 25. A select few can grow between those ages as super late bloomer status kicks in.

It's usually just 2cm or so but that's almost an inch. Difference between 5'11 ish and 6'0 and change
