I'm always surprised that they never really used domes and stadiums during the Attitude era

The hottest the company ever was and Mania 17 was the first PPV they really ran out of a really big venue. And soon after that business started to drop off.

I think they did Raw from the Georgia Dome and the Sky Dome once or twice, but I feel like they could've been running PPVs from big venues on a semi-regular basis.I mean...Mania 15 & 16 could've did legit Mania 32 numbers without having to jump up the numbers by including janitors and the ring crew.

Even now, all the big 4 four PPVs should be in domes or stadiums.

Well those shows are planned almost 2 years out.

Like they announce Wm location a year and a half beforehand, but internally they probably have it locked in 2 yrs out.

Attitude era, things took off in 98, so already had Wm planned for 99, and then 2000 would've maybe been right around the cut off time. So when 2001 came, they did Astrodome
