well, i had this wrote until i realized you had your habit under control:
"alcohol is something that will get the best of you and it seems like it comes out of nowhere. i went through it and it's hell. don't try and stop randomly. cause it's not going to work. cut your drinking down little by little. scientists have already said it's the worst and most dangerous withdrawl to go through."
good luck man. it's a very tough thing to deal with.
When I was in my early 20's I laid in bed going through withdrawals after a 2 week bender, literally thought I was going to die. Didn't go to the hospital because just wanted it to stop so I could drink again. Ask some ER doctors how many lives they save that come in with alcohol withdrawals near death.
come to find out they checked my heart w/ what i guess was an ekg machine and found that something was wrong. a week or two later they checked it with something like an ultrasound and thankfully came back fine. if it wasn't for the internet i wouldn't of known what was going on. i didn't realize how bad my drinking had actually gotten.
