14 pts, 7 boards, and 5 assists a gm is bad??? for someone who isn't even the first option??

:manny:

Turner and Jrue are the future backcourt for that squad....they just need a big who can do werk on the inside....that'll open so many things up for that team...also they need to RUN RUN RUN.....that halfcourt shyt they be on is just so-o-o-o-o-oo bad

It's not good for a #2 pick. For a guy picked that high, I expect more.

you expect more from a guy who stuffs the stat sheet? :what:

Evan turner is doing a great job across the board...already a stat stuffer..once he gets "it" he'll be a walking triple double..he can run the offense, play point if you need him and does the intangibles....he will never be an explosive scorer and because of that he's not good enough??? loooool. we are talking about a guard who pulls down 12 boards and dishes out 7 assists every 3 games or so....6er fans will be lucky if this guy stays there.......i think in the last 15 yrs there has only been ONE superstar #2 pick.....

His rotations are suspect at times, but he is trying with an inept roster...

He's doing great with Holiday, but the rest of the squad is underperforming.
Dorell Wright cant make shyt, Kwame and JRich cant stay healthy,

and Bynum :snoop:

For a #2 pick, 14ppg is not good enough, especially on a team that needs scoring. Rebounding for a SG/SF is his only above average skill, everything else about him is either average or below average.

In that draft these are the guys that we could've had:
Derek Favors, Demarcus Cousins, Greg Monroe, Paul George, or Jordan Crawford. With the #2 pick, only Favors and Cousins were probably considered, but they drafted Turner, who has a similar game to Iggy.

If you believe in the PER stat, Turner is #32 among SF. :trash:
Dorrell Wright is #2 8, and Thad Young is #9 , even though he plays some PF.

I wouldn't lose sleep over Collins being gone, but I didn't expect him to do much better than how he's doing now. He's not the problem.

Once Bynum started missing games, I started focusing more on the development of the young guns (Jrue, Evan, and Thad) than their actual record. All three of them are having career years, including Jrue who's probably going to make the All-Star team and win Most Improved Player at the end of the season.

Bynum's set to return after the All-Star Break. Hopefully he proves he's worth the wait so we can resign him, get our lottery pick (hopefully), and reload for next year. I'm liking the future of this team a lot more than I did the same time last season.

Iggy isn't doing shyt in Denver. The player that they really shouldn't have traded in that deal is this guy...

11.6 PPG, 11 REB and 1.1 BLK

:wow:

Slow as shyt and maybe the 4th or 5th best player on a championship team. Next.

I think Collins is on the way out at least by the end of the season anyway. We know he ain't too long for staying in one spot.

13, 5 and 4 isn't impressing me

Evan Turner is putting up the same numbers. Vuc's having a much better year than Iggulolololol

:youngsabo:

:pachaha:

all that fantasy ball is going to your head breh. Iggy was brought to Denver to anchor the D and be our closer on that end of the court, and he's been better than advertised in that regard.

He's great on the defensive boards, okay on the offensive boards, and pretty shytty in just about every other facet of the game. A poor, mildly efficient shooter that can't get to the free throw line (1.9 FTA/game) and is about as unathletic as big men go in the NBA. He's a starter on a bad team (ie. Orlando) and a nice role player on a good one.

I was actually being kinda generous with the 4th/5th best player on a contender. Shoot, the Sixers suck now and he'd be the 4th best player on the team if he was here (and that's not including Bynum).
