I been callin for this nikkas's job all year.
He doesn't play rookies, He puts players in the doghouse (Wright,Swaggy P) and won't play them for weeks which causes them to lose confidence and it leads to the inconsistency.
He doesn't run any set plays just an offense that consists of nothing but Jrue Holiday pick and rolls all game which puts so much pressure on him to do something in order for this team to win. Turner just sits in the corner at times and gets lost in the offense while Thad never gets any plays ran for him.
The guy just doesn't put his players in the best positions to suceed.
