In my experience when I hear “I caught every light” it’s when they’re giving me a reason as to why they’re not on time. So I’m going with red light.

That's my argument but the people I was around all thought it meant when you got stopped by a red. But that would mean the light caught you.

I agree with @jdubnyce - It's really arriving at the light when it's yellow and being able to drive through.
