I'm concerned about the MCU going forward

The original phases of the MCU had a consistent overarching story that was easy to follow. Thanos was attempting to collect the Infinity stones and there was a sense of dread and anticipation.

Since Endgame, there we have a bunch of different overarching narratives to follow. The multiverse, Kang, replacing the original avengers, introducing the midnight sons, and we haven't even got to the fantastic four of xmen.

shyt is starting to feel like a clusterfukk with so much material to follow with varying degrees of quality, and they are doing a lot of identity politic pandering. I don't know if they will stick the landing this time. I feel Disney is is more involved now and will stretch shyt thin, I don't give af about Hawkeye and Kate Bishop, but they need material for Disney Plus

I think at this point the MCU has gotten so big that they are just filling that world up with movies and tv shows.

The next time we see avengers it would probably just be a select few, not every single "good" character that has a show/movie. I think that works great for future surprises in their movies. Youll never know which MCU character will show up anymore, the possibilities will be endless

So now they have the option to just turn on the tv or go to the theater and be introduced to something they wouldn't have seen otherwise. This is just a chance for Marvel entities to blow up even more than they would if just relegated to comic shops.
And it's been a very successful strategy so far.
