You won't believe out of the billions raised for Haiti most of It was subcontracted to outside aid agencies not the Clinton foundation.
The Pentagon billed the state dept hundreds of millions of dollars just to hand out water on the streets. Did to know that?

Most of the 30mil or so raised by the Clintons actually went to Haiti but they bungled the others

aren't the ones serving long prison terms. . . because they really did break the law. now if you want to discuss personal racism from judges, prosecutors and police, thats a different matter and can account for higher sentencing rates for blacks and hispanics

however you forget that all these drug laws and crime bills came about because of high crime rates in cities, many times politicians would get pressure from community leaders often times black or hispanic demanding tougher more aggressive responses to drugs and violent crime.

just like how some community leaders in chicago are putting pressure on politicians to do something about the out of control crime, it's a lose-lose situation. if you get tough you lose, if you do nothing, you lose.
