I'm convinced Phone and computer use is damaging my eyes

So I got an eye exam last yr and she tells me I have a scar on my retina. Come back next yr to follow up. I go back last week and she says its still there but it's tiny. I'm convinced it's the phone and cpu all day.

Edit: too small to tell if its a scar or freckle. I didn't even know u can get melanoma inside your eye. I don't wear sunglasses either

Download a blue light filter app on your phone. You wear glasses I assume? Order some that cut out blue light. I'm not sure about Zenni but you can get some real cheap "fukk it" frames from eyebuydirect.com

Ive switched to low brightness and nightmode on phone and got a screen for work.

Blindness is no laughing matter btw

I did not. Outside of eyestrain, I never had a issue. I still don't have a visual issue. Just gotta find out what that is. I asked the optometrist and she dont know shyt. So I demanded an Opthalmologist referral.
