a fitness problem will raise brain serotonin levels and help with stress and depression.
a liquor company used to give me mad bottles and i would give them away to friends and my former bosses.

I sippin on some Remy literally as I make this....

Join a group like AA or something breh.I'm gonna b honest...its my marriage a few personal issues within my family

yeah you shoud probably stop. just smoke a joint everytime you feel like drinking or something. the only time i drink is when i run out of weed.
Smoking is worse than drinking. You risk getting strokes and heart attacks every-time you light up, not the same with drinking.
