Lev 18:3 is the first warning: don't act like the Egyptians (don't pray their God, for instance) but it does not say that the Egyption did the other thing God is warning them against. It's just the first warnings, followed by other/different warnings.

Lev 18:27 is not talking about Egypt; GOD is talking about the men that were in the LAND before the Hebrew arrived. HE's talking about the men that preceded them in the land they are going, not Egypt.
