i understand dudes cosby's age came from a generation not too far removed from being lynched just for looking at a white woman, or looking a white man directly in the eye. but these older black folks often come off like power c00ns to me. we're coming from a generation that's not justifying murder over petty theft, and if older black folks got that much of a problem with the culture -- they shouldnt haven't intergrated socially with whites and given them all their wealth. if we had our own thriving communities, he wouldn't have to worry about stealing, sagging, ebonics, and all the social ills associted with nikkas thats broke.

Depends on the subject. I take Tariq seriously when it comes to game cuz he's a hustler and business man. I don't hate on his hustle and knowledge on dealing with women. As a young dude, I'm not a knucklehead acting like I know more than a 40 year old dude whose verified by real pimps. But when it comes to academia and black history, Tariq is not really a scholar. He's no different than anyone else on this message board, his mouthpiece is just sharp and he knows how to make it seem like he knows what he talks about. Yet again, I can't hate on that. He's no different than any other motivational speaker People been charging to lecture for centuries. Its a legit occupation.

Im not a huge fan of Tariq Nasheed, but he's making a lot of sense when he is analyzing the Cosby situation.

He and his estate is worth over 400 million dollars and is one of the richest black people in America. And he's almost dead. His daughters could use his name and brand to profit off it.

The whites know that he will not be here that much longer and they are doing everything in their power to bring his name down. Pulling the Cosby show and the reruns is all I need to know it's not even about the rape allegations, because THEY KNOW it is fallacious. It's about passing down the legacy and getting that 400 million dollars back in the white community. This is the same tactic they did with Michael Jackson. Whitney Houston. Richard Pryor's estate is already headed by a white woman so they didn't need to drag his name through the mud.

If he was really guilty then he would've been in jail like Darren Sharper.

Dr. Claude Anderson is one I truly enjoy listening to when it comes to black issues. Tariq put me on him. I respect Tariq's opinion on the topics he talks about. I respect everyone's perspective. Yet, that doesn't mean I view it as gospel or facts. I heard the latest podcast and went ahead with my day unlike the OP who sounds fed up with Tariq's opinions
