Theres some liquor stores here, and the bars are mostly where the hotels are at, so theres definitely a ton of drinking going on. BUt its illegal to be drunk in public or drive with any alcohol in your system. They also take drugs very seriously. Other than that, its really not that bad from my experience. People still wild out and do dumb shyt, just gotta be aware of your surroundings Dubai is like vegas from the stories ive heard.

Just about everybody speaks english, so no worries there. And i think i've done like 140-150 in the car lol. I'm hesitant to go any faster unless the conditions are right feel me
