You can start by accepting that most the foods you're used to only taste good because of all the added sugars, sodium, etc that the White powers in this country have brainwashed us into thinking are normal dietary choices.
Once you take all of the added nonsense away you're left with relatively bland tasting veggies that are packed with nutrients
It takes a whole 5-10 seconds of chewing before you swallow. Why not make that the worst part of the experience? nikkas eat oily ass food that tastes great but they feel like shyt hours after
