I have no issue with Spice breh..

My first rap album was Spice 1's Hits from 1998.

Down Souf nikkas love those old Chevys. Wouldn't be surprised if the Mexicans were bumpin Boosie in a lowdown Chevy Astro.

I'm from the South and the only time I actually heard Eminem songs is when they played them on the radio. But mostly in Texas, we was listening to nothing but Southern rap mostly.

Y'all get it real confused thinking every black person from anywhere listened to Eminem. We might share skin color and certain experiences growing up while black, but we all did not listen to Eminem growing up. I wouldn't dare play his shyt loud anyways. I would have to listen to his shyt in secrecy.

Breh, this could be said about A LOT of artists. If someone through on Wu Tang at a family BBQ, it would be met with dirty looks and "who invited him let alone who made him the DJ". This is by far the dumbest narrative to exist because Wu Tang is still a GOAT Hip Hop group regardless. I don't think Eminem is even Top 10, but if being played at family gatherings is the barometer for greatness, it disqualifies a lot of greats and a lot of MC's that don't get brought up in those discussions would be.

you can only play so much at a family bbq

at a friends gathering bbq is the real barometer. only song you can prolly get away with by em is probably superman

People actually care about what Boosie says?

I don’t listen to a lot of Eminem either anymore, but I've never cared to throw on a Boosie track EVER! I've f*cked with Em's sh*t a little something early on, but ain't nobody around the way ever felt compelled to throw on no damn Boosie.

I'll never understand how nikkas claim to loathe these o'fay's day in/out but anytime anything that y'all deem to be disparaging comes up about that peckerwood Eminem, a lot of y'all get mad as fukk and immechiately go on da defense for him.

Wonder what Boosie thinks of Nas or Ghostface Killah or even Redman?

A lot of nikkas in the hood I grew up in weren't really hip hop heads like that, the ones that were, def fukked with Eminem. The ones that weren't woulda told you in a heartbeat people like Luni Corleone or Rich The factor were >>>>>>>> Jay, Nas, Em and a myriad of other great rappers.

They don't care about Hip Hop. Music "in the trenches" is just a backdrop to a life of ignorance which is exactly what Boosie's music is.
