I need some inspiration brehs... I had a back injury last year that made me have to take some time off from the gym and I laid up for a min.

I'm now the heaviest I ever been in my life. I need to do something about this

but every time I'm thinking about working out, I feel so uninspired. it's like, I'm physically okay now but I can't mentally get my head in the game

Women still be lookin my way cause your boy is attractive, my woman still likes me (or so she says) so it's not like I need to get in tip top shape cause I'm ugly to women

I can't seem to get inspired and I been like this for the past month

Do body weight exercises. Pushups, body weight squats, and planks 3 times a week. Then jump rope 10 minutes a day (eventually add extra cardio) on alternative days 3 times a week, or however much you can handle. There's no need to get dressed, drive to the overcrowded gym, and waste time waiting to use equipment that some jerk off is hogging.

Start by drinking water to feel less sluggish

After a couple days of straight water

Start doing cardio and push-ups for a couple days

After that start lifting

You have to slowly ease your self into it

Somewhere tropic...
You obviously had fitness goals when you were working out prior injury
Re-ernergize those goals and exceed them
Your injury also may create doubt in your mind and uncertainty.
Switch up your workout around that area (ex. quit deadlifts etc.)

Gotta realize that you’ll get fatter if you don’t workout. You need it for health, muscles and metabolism.

Start slow and go 3 times a week.

:laff: I wasn't ready for this. :deadmanny:

Homie way outta pocket :deadrose::deadrose:

I never been in the gym a day in my life but ya boy will never get :flabbynsick: cause i bike everywhere. Havent used any kind of public or private transportation in 5 years other then that and it feels good to save money and not have to worry about workin out. At the point now where i could clear 100 miles in a day and still have energy to go out and bag bytches after :obama:

That would be my advice to you op, get you a bike. Goin to the gym is tough to force yourself to do i know, but at least getting on a bike and riding is fun, especially when you have a good bike, not some walmart shyt.:myman:

You know how this goes breh.

First two weeks back in the gym are terrible.

But after you get over the hump, you start to crave the gym.

Just gotta get through those first two weeks. :francis:

Usually I buy some new gear (headphones, shoes, etc...) so I'll have something to look forward to when going to the gym.

Give that a shot.
This.

This.

This.
