If your going to school for something I'd try to get an entry level position somewhere where maybe your can move up once you've finished and continue working....retail? Or whatever Ross is. Move go find some roommates around the college you want to live*, don't pay more than I'd say 30% of your income on rent. Feed yourself, grind grind grind for the next 2-3 years. Save your money, you are now on a strict lifestyle budget.
I left home at 21, but lucky for me between 18-20.5 I saved enough to get a down payment on my first house. Rented out the other rooms every semester.
If you are working at Ross making shytty wage, Sorry to tell you. You need to get another job now before school. Start looking at part time internships that will pay more or go in your school computer labs (if I recall you are in tech right?) than your current job too.
Start writing out a planned budget that you are comfortable with
500-600 for rent (I don't know how much a off campus college dorm rent is over there it should be probably be less)
200 for food
150-200 for transportation
X for savings
X if you need to pay anything regarding school
X amount for bills
I'd adviced you work during the day, take night classes and online courses. Begin seriously looking for employment in your field now. You'll think it's hell for the first couple of months but you'll be vastly more ready for the real world than your counterparts.
