I feel the op's gripe about Ratliff. A few years ago I was a huge fan and thought he was one of the most underrated players in the NFL. But I think he is buying into the hype too much and believing that he is untouchable and that Jerry wont get rid of him. But if he doesn't show up this year and ball then I think he gets cut next year.
