I'm getting vaccinated today after work and I'm nervous as hell.

I am finally doing it. I've been reading about the vaccines and how it has affected people. The side effects are the usual that you would get from any other vaccine. What makes me nervous is the fact that you could have some inflammation around the heart. Which I know is rare, but still.. I will be receiving the Phizer vaccine. Anything I should do or get for after the fact?

Don't take my word for it, but I heard there's a certain technique to prevent heart inflammation. When one is giving the vaccine, they're supposed to do something w/ the syringe, I heard Dr. John Campbell talk bout it. @Sinnerman may know what I mean.

Lastly, understand that the vax won't stop you from getting covid; but will improve your chances of not being in the hospital, and that you shouldn't fear catching covid as you're greatly protected against the severitity of covid(hospitalizations).

Good luck. If you get any complications none of these nikkas will care and will move on with their lives. Also, you can't hold any of these big Pharma companies liable.

@Mfalme_Perez you will be fine. I just had soreness where I took the shot at in my arm. I would advise getting it on your non dominant arm. The second shot is when I had the body chills & was out of it. After a good night's sleep, I was back to normal the next morning.

It's called aspiration. The administrator pulls the needle back to see if it's entered a vein/artery. No blood = good site.
