I am finally doing it. I've been reading about the vaccines and how it has affected people. The side effects are the usual that you would get from any other vaccine. What makes me nervous is the fact that you could have some inflammation around the heart. Which I know is rare, but still.. I will be receiving the Phizer vaccine. Anything I should do or get for after the fact?
Don't take my word for it, but I heard there's a certain technique to prevent heart inflammation. When one is giving the vaccine, they're supposed to do something w/ the syringe, I heard Dr. John Campbell talk bout it. @Sinnerman may know what I mean.
Lastly, understand that the vax won't stop you from getting covid; but will improve your chances of not being in the hospital, and that you shouldn't fear catching covid as you're greatly protected against the severitity of covid(hospitalizations).
