well you're definitely not a lawyer.

So I had an internet gf 18-20. She cheated on me and fell out of love with me quick AF and basically threw our 2 years of internet love and friendship in the bushes over some petty shyt. Now I was scorned. And I waited to get my revenge. Sure enough, after multiple failed relationships and a failed marriage, she is trying to get back with me, this time she's trying to come visit me. We live pretty much cross country...Long ass distance. I plan on leading her on to the point she comes out here and I plan on not picking her up, not contacting her at all when she makes the flight over. I just need to make sure she can't sue me or anything for leading her on and doing the ultimate of all standups. She knows my full gov and recent pics of me...she MIGHT be able to find me...I don't care you can call me a scorned ass nikka a bytch ass nikka a whatever ass nikka but fukkit. She did damage to the young man's soul I can't trust NO woman now.
You even considering taking this course of action is probably the reason you got cheated on.....this some bytch shyt and women can sense the cotton candy in you.
I do not think you should do this....the best course of action...and the way most men would handle this....is having her come out for the week, fukking her the entire time, then after she leaves ignore he completely.

In fact, the whole thread premise is lame and childish. Dude wants to get back at his "internet gf" cause she "cheated on him" so he's gonna make her fly out to see him, then ditch her at the airport. nikka needs to grow up. If he wanted to get back at her he shoulda just ignored her attempts to contact him.
But lets say she does all that, and sues, and lets even assume she wins (which are all BIG assumptions). At most, she'll get reimbursed for a cab ride and a couple nights at a hotel (he agreed to pay for a ride, and lodging) so a couple hundred bucks? She would spend more in lawyer fees.
OP, to answer your question, no its not "illegal" but you should probably act like an adult and not do this.
