Let me break this down for you..
2011-Bulls with the MVP and leagues best record lose to the Heat in 5 games and get great ratings..
2012-Celtics with no MVP and marginal record lose to the Heat in 7 games and get better ratings...
So not only was the quality of basketball better but more Americans watched...

we have a shot, the front office would just have to make some changes, which is unlikely
i mean i think something will be done, but not the major moves that need to be made to really have us compete.
the roster would have to be good enough like it was last year when rose was trying to play himself back into shape, he looked bad at times but the team around him carried him in a sense.
but we need a even better roster to really carry the load til he trust his knee enough come march/april and into the playoffs.
all hope is not gone, but this off season will tell a lot
