And yes I have warned people they are being not treated fairly, spoke up for it and helped them at my job. The couple second uncles and cousins I have that are racist "behind closed doors" I don't allow MY household to interact with.

I have turned away LARGE pieces of business if a client talked sideways in casual conversation meeting me.
