I got "employee of the month" certificate on my wall from last month.

Best Buy wanted to hire me, but they couldnt accommodate my schedule .

word of advice, work out the schedule conflict AFTER your hired. Till that point, mark available anyday/anytime on all applications. Chances are they'll work with you once the paperwork is complete and your officially a "new hire" in the system. I worked at kohls for 2 years (20-22 yrs old) and I loved it. The pay was shytty but my co-workers, proximity to my house (less than a mile), and a flexible schedule made it worth it. Only reason I left was b/c a new manager came in and we argued and shyt. He was a nikka on a power trip

then she said i HAVE to work 5 to 10 2 days per week.

my other job is usually 2 to 10 or 10 to 6
